What does a typical day look like?

Our dentists arrive at the Golden Care head office between 8 – 8:30am to meet up with their team and review their schedule and treatment plans for the day.  They then travel to their facilities for the day in order to provide the scheduled care.  Upon completion of all appointments, the teams return to our office to process and review x-rays and to complete charting and other documentation.  Teams typically return to the office between 3 – 4:30 pm.

Where are the facilities located?

We are currently partnered with facilities throughout the GTA.  The majority are within 30 minutes from our head office.  Outside of that area, we serve patient communities from Hamilton in the west, to Cobourg and Peterborough in the east and Newmarket in the north.

Who is on the team I’d be working with to deliver care?

Our dentists travel with a Dental Assistant and a Personal Support Worker.

What types of procedures are done?

Oral examinations and x-rays, fillings and extractions.

How does compensation work?

Golden Care dentists are paid a commission on all billed work, upon billing.  Paid once per month. 

What is the onboarding process?

New team members will spend time shadowing and training with an existing dentist team before working on their own.
